Summer is almost over…

Due to a weeklong vacation, I haven’t been able to post anything for a while. More Real Food Challenge to come as I begin buying and cooking but in the mean time, here are some pictures from Yellowstone National Park!

 

*By the way, en-route to Yellowstone, we stopped in Bozeman, Montana which excitingly had many many restaurants (and coops and other food stores) that were full of organic, homemade (or would it be restaurant-made?) foods! We had some good timing and were able to start easing into this new way of eating!
